ASME Cookout (4/25 3:30 PM)
- Officers for next year will be elected at the cookout
- Joni plans to make flyers advertising the event. Marc said that he would e-mail the classes about the picnic. Steve said that he would e-mail students about positions.
- We will need to check and make sure we have sufficient lighter fluid and charcoal, and we will need to locate the grill and a fire extinguisher.
- Alissa and Steve will go to BJ’s and purchase food at noon on the day of the cookout.
Other Business
- Sweatshirts: Marc placed an order for 55 sweatshirts, and they should come in sometime next week.
- Roast: Send any comments about this year’s roast to Marc. He is compiling information about the Roast for ASME’s use next year.
- Think about what positions you might want for next year!
