Lego League (12/9)
- Location: the Palestra
- Confirmed Volunteers:
o 11-12:30: Alissa, Dave, Marc, Steve
o 12:30 – 2:00: Alissa, Dustin, Eric, Steve, Marc
- Joni will take care of the food safety form, and talk to Papa John’s about getting the pizzas
Sweatshirts
- Several design ideas were presented at the meeting. Steve and Heather will continue to work on sweatshirt designs.
- Purchase of shirts is slated for after Lego League, when we will have money to front the costs.
Social Event (11/30)
- Scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving break.
- Plan for the event:
o 7:00 General interest meeting
o 7:30 Activity (building competition)
o 10:30 Skating at GVP
- Marc is sending out an e-mail to invite students.
- ASME will pay for the entrance fee to the skating rink for attendees.
Other Business
- Gerald has the money from the SLS conference; for reimbursement, go to the ASME office.
- The meeting will be changed for next week because of Thanksgiving break.
- Steve, Dustin, and George cleaned out the ASME office this past weekend. If you would like to use the space, you can get the keys from Jill.
- E-mail pumpkin launch pictures to Brian for the website.
