• Open Shop Times

• Held in Baja shop
• Need someone with Shop training present to be in the Hopeman student shop
• Expand to Saturday and Sunday as get closer to competition
• Judges
• Want 3-6 judges
• Possibilities: John Ballou, Dr. Gans, Scott Russell, Bob Elson, Dean Burgett, Robert Clark
• Joni – send out invitation letters to judges by the end of the week
• Make a spreadsheet for the judges for scoring, provide clipboards
• Food
• Food permit request filed
• Popcorn Machine
• Buy: about $300 to purchase a 4 oz/3 min machine
• Explore renting
• High School Contact – Livonia, make sure are in contact with them
• Home Depot
• Send formal request letter for sponsorship
• Willing to donate materials
• Flyers – catchy, as approach competition

T-Shirts

• Order ASAP to be able to sell both at Pumpkin Launch – ASME pay for

• Keg Shirts – navy blue with white lettering
• Pumpkin Launch – use a variation on Heather’s design, Dave talk to t-shirt people about possibilities for the design

Website – needs to be updated with contact information, pictures, etc.
