Pumpkin Launch (11/2)
- Put up flyers! Flyers are in the ME office; take 10 and post around campus
- Pumpkin Launcher Building Days (this weekend)
o Saturday, October 27th – Steve on duty
o Sunday, October 28th – Marc on duty
- Apple Cider: Too late for a food permit.
- Ribbons: Heather and Alissa will make the ribbons for the judges
- Scoreboard: Steve will bring his own whiteboard

- After the pumpkin launch: Dinner at Delmonico’s, all invited
ASME Sweatshirts
- Two designs were submitted by Heather and George
- Alissa spoke to a shirt-maker (FX Silkscreen Printing) who said that a screen for 70 sweatshirts would cost $20 for one color and $21.50 for two colors.
- George agreed to call to make the order.
- Shirts to be sold for $30 each; board members should pay in advance to diffuse the cost for whoever fronts the money.
Other Business
- RIT’s chapter of ASME wants to have a volleyball event sometime soon. After discussing schedules we determined next Friday 11/9 (Friday after the pumpkin launch) would be a good date.
- The event would be on RIT’s campus.
