Student Night with Dean Clark

• Flyer progress – Hopeman is done, Gavett and Goergen will be done
• Open to all engineering students at UR
• Invite RIT students
• Facebook publicity: Trevor & Dustin
• Joni will email classes about updated payment – flex/declining through Renee in the office
• Reserved Meliora for 40 people at this time, will keep Jill updated on RSVP numbers

Egg Drop competition

• Friday, February 20, afternoon (need to reserve space)
• Sell popcorn?
• Publicity
• Flyer?
• Email Livonia, Edison Tech to invite them to compete
• Rules
• Hit target (possibly a kids inflatable pool)
• We provide the eggs
• You clean up your mess (if you miss the target)
• Total dimensions (length + width + height) = 3 ft
• Categories: least materials, most accurate, longest hang time

Roast

• Marc has last year’s invoices, also talk to Jill
• Decide on changes – possibly to the seating & layout
• Meet with Bonnie Buonomo soon to discuss details
• Skit planning – Thursday, February 26, other Thursday nights
• Advertise skit planning to senior classes
